How I Work
AI-driven, never AI-done.
I’m extremely human about how I work. We’ve just been handed one of the most powerful tools we’ll ever get — and the point isn’t to let it do the work. It’s to let it clear space for the parts only a person can do.

AI-driven, never AI-done.
AI is my execution partner, not my thinking partner. The what and why stay human.

Every feature earns its place.
A feature isn’t justified by the roadmap. If I can’t name a real customer reason, it doesn’t ship.

Care runs end to end.
Craft isn’t a coat of paint at the end. It’s a decision made at every single step.

Designers make great PMs.
We spend our careers reading behavior, not just requirements — that’s where good decisions come from.
About
I started in mechanical engineering, found my way to design, and spent a year as a User Researcher at IBM before joining The Reward Store. There I went from Product Designer to Senior Product Designer — and somewhere along the way I stopped thinking like someone who makes screens and started thinking like someone who owns outcomes: scoping products, talking to vendors, running discovery, and shipping.
I’m now moving deeper into product management, because the part I love most is the “why” — finding the real problem and deciding what’s worth building. Off the clock, I’m a wildlife and bird photographer, which is really the same skill: sit still, watch closely, and wait for the real behavior to show up.

I’m open to product and senior design roles, and always happy to talk shop — product, design systems, or where the good light is for birds.
